NO REFUND POLICY
01. All Purchases Are Final
All purchases made through the Andro SMP store are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
02. Digital Products
All ranks, kits, crate keys, items and other products available on the store are digital goods. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds cannot be provided after purchase.
03. Wrong Purchases
Please carefully check your Minecraft username and selected product before completing your purchase. Andro SMP is not responsible for accidental purchases, incorrect usernames or incorrectly selected products.
04. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or permanent restriction of your account from Andro SMP.
05. Purchase Issues
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact the Andro SMP support team before opening a payment dispute. Our team will try its best to resolve the issue.
06. Product Delivery
